We are a small, privately-owned company that was founded on the simple desire to share the authentic character, beauty and diverse culture of California with others. We’ve been operating independent hotels, restaurants and spas under two generations of family leadership for over four decades, and are proud and grateful to have provided the settings and the personalized service for so many memorable and meaningful guest experiences.
While our standards are exacting, we also embrace a sincere, caring and humanistic style that defines West Coast hospitality. We don’t have a lot of fancy procedures and protocols telling us exactly how we have to do something. Instead, we’re optimistic and friendly people who are motivated by providing consistent service, creatively solving problems and sharing empathy for our fellow associates and guests alike.
